Frequently Asked Questions:

Florida Family Vacation Townhome

Is renting a townhouse like staying in a hotel?

Renting a townhouse is different than staying in a hotel; it's like living in your own home. Turn the television and lights off when not in use. Unless you're going to bring your own maid, there's no daily maid service so you'll have to empty the trash cans and take trash to a garbage compacter located on the property. Sorry Dad you're not going to get away with not emptying the trash can on vacation.

Should we bring our beach towels to use at the pool or hot tub?

Yes we provide two bath, hand, and wash towels for ten people, and ask for our towels to stay in the townhouse so there will be enough for our next guests. We provide a washer and dryer if you should need clean towels, but we don't provide soap or dryer sheets so you'll need to purchase some items after your arrival. We use Purex 3-in-1 laundry sheets, they combine detergent, softener and an antistatic all in one sheet and you can take any you don't back home with you.

Do you provide pots and pans for cooking?

Yes we tried to think of everything you may need to prepare meals, but if there's something you need either email us so we can provide it for your next vacation, or if it's important you have it purchase it and mail us the receipt so we can reimburse you. We want you to have an enjoyable vacation.

We have a baby, do you have any items available at the townhome?

Yes, as of 2014 we now have a stroller, crib and high chair available for you to use at Peek a Boo.

Where do I get sports equipment to use at the basketball, volleyball, tennis court, and fishing?

The resort clubhouse rents some sport items, but we have provided a basketball, volleyball, and two fishing rod and reels and some tackle for our guest's convenience. Sorry you'll have to bring your own tennis rackets and balls.

Do you provide hairdryers?

Yes we have wall mounted hairdryers in all three bathrooms.

Do you provide an iron and ironing board?

Yes we provide an iron and ironing board.

Do you provide a hotel safe?

Yes, we have an electronic hotel safe with the ability to use your own code in the upstairs master bedroom closet.

How many front door keys do you provide?

There are two lock boxes located outside the front door; each has a front door key. We recommend leaving one key in one of the lock boxes so no one has a chance of being lockout, and give everyone the lock box code.

Do you allow a Service Dog on property if it is required for my well being?

Due to the DBPR license we are unable to discriminate against those with a service animal. Please have adequate information pertaining to your service needs. Also, please inform us of the service dog when you are booking the townhouse so we can ensure you have the proper paperwork for entry into The Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane.
